As the world is getting more globalized due to digital world, cross-cultural business negotiation in demand and challenging compared those days where most involved mostly domestic negotiations. With such situations environments, cultural intelligence important be learned. many Chinese Malaysian companies seeking role as importer-exporter, international skills awareness are much needed meet interaction goals of both parties. This paper used GLOBE model compare dimensions between negotiators. Questionnaires were sent by emails through WeChat Apps based China Malaysia.
